I came across this broccoli slaw as I was looking around Smitten Kitchen blog. It looks so crunchy and good that I want to make it right now but will have to hold back until the weekend. It has dried cranberries and almonds added to it, what a nice combo. How nice to come in after working in the garden and find this chilled in the fridge for a quick lunch with cheese and crusty bread....yum. You can find her recipe here.
