Fresh Tomato-Cilantro Salsa from Diana's kitchen
fresh tomatoes, coarsely chopped
sweet onion, chopped, about 1/4 cup
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
garlic clove, finely chopped
few sprinkles of cayenne (according to taste)
a little fresh ground pepper
kosher salt, to taste
Tablespoon vinegar or lime juice
Simply chop all these fresh ingredients and allow flavors to meld for at least 30 minutes before serving on or with anything... with chips, on a fajita, with morning eggs...
Hope your tomatoes are ripening Sherri. XO

That sounds like what I should be eating today. I can smell it from here. Yum. Will check out the link now. Happy New year!
ReplyDeletesounds yummy! My husband has been looking for a good recipe. Just may have to try this one. He loves Albert's Hot Sauce and we can only find this at Brookshires, when we visit LA. Not really hot - you can get one that is warmer.
ReplyDeleteOh my, that looks so good! I will have to try this. About that honey extractor, a stainless steel one is best. It depends on how much one wants to pay, how much honey you'll be harvesting and so forth. Lots of info on extractors on the web.
ReplyDeleteoh, how very pretty! can't wait for tomato growing season!
ReplyDeleteHi Sherri!
ReplyDeleteSorry for any trouble!
Please use the purchase option on my sidebar. We are working with the website now to have it fixed but the one on my blog works fine.
