My Version

Yesterday I went to the store with Katiebee's recipe in hand and picked up the ingredients to try it out for myself. This morning, knowing I had a dental appointment in the afternoon that would rule out the need for a steak knife at dinner, I set out to fill up the crockpot with the makings for the soup.
This recipe is a cinch to put together and, as I found out, very easy to get along with and happy to welcome anyone to the party.
Here's what I added:
About -
1 Cup of diced ham
2 chopped carrots
1/4 t. poultry seasoning
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 capful of vinegar
The recipe that Katiebee sent in is a keeper for me, on it's own or with anything else you want to add...Thanks Katie!

  4. I was going to make some french onion soup this weekend but as I realized last night, all my onions are sprouting (in to the compost)... this one seems like a great alternative...and no fattening cheese! thanks! I'm going to check out Katie's blog too.
