We used our very lovely sun gold cherry tomatoes and fresh basil from our garden. Delicious! We had it with a green salad and a crusty artisan bread for dinner. It would be a wonderful side dish as well.


Thank you Lola for this tasty looking entry. I would like to take this opportunity to encourage anyone who has not grown the tomatoes that Lola has used in this dish, to do so. They will be one you will plant year after year as they are one of the sweetest and best performers around.
